Maple City Health Care Center is a Health Center Program grantee under 42 U.S.C. 254b. Our current grant is for $2,845,257 which represents about 25% of our annual expenses. Maple City Health Care Center also receives malpractice insurance from HRSA through the Federal Tort Claims Act.
